Q. If my cleaner is
experienced, shouldn't they know what to do, without my telling
them?
A. No.
You need to provide a detailed list of your requirements and
your cleaner will follow that list
Each home has its own individual requirements with regard to
attention to detail. The same thorough and detailed clean for one
homeowner (who would expect and accept no less) can be seen to be
over-kill for another homeowner, and vice versa
For example cleaning one lounge room might be vacuuming and dusting.
Cleaning the lounge room in the home next door, may well be
vacuuming and dusting, plus wet dusting the skirting boards and
window ledges, plus cleaning the glass sliding doors. Same size and
quantity of rooms in this example, but one room will take longer
than the other due to the level of detail
For your convenience (we know you are busy, or you wouldn't be
needing a cleaner in the first place) we have compiled a standard (pdf)
chore list. We encourage you to
download it, tick off the chores you want carried out, adding any
further detail as necessary. If you keep a copy of that completed list,
then this will ensure any temporary or change of cleaner, can carry out the same
clean for your home, should your regular cleaner be unable to attend |

Q. What equipment
and products to I need to provide?
A. As you tick of your chore list, it
will become totally clear which cleaning equipment and products the
cleaner will obviously need to carry out those tasks
Q. Will my
cleaner require or prefer any specific products?
A. No.
Each cleaner is well used to using a whole variety of different
products. Cleaners are also aware that you already know which
products get the best results in your home, and these will be the
ones you provide
