We maintain a full time office in order to provide a high level of customer service and accessibility for our clients

Due to our extensive experience over the last 19 years we have found the most effective way to handle your enquiry and booking is by telephone as there is a wide variety of information that needs to be discussed, and confirmed, which email is unsuitable for (also emailing our office late at night, in relation to a booking for the next day, does not allow us sufficient time to ensure we get that information, and/or forward that information to the cleaner)

Discussing your enquiry or booking by telephone enables us to negotiate appropriate date/day/time with you, and also confirm all details and arrangements, to ensure there are no errors in your requirements, address, contact details, etc

Telephone contact also provides us the opportunity to ensure you are aware of all the required information about our service, ensuring we maintain our established reputation for a reliable and professional service to your home
