Home Insurance:
Don't forget to reassess your home/contents
insurance in your new home. The fixtures/fitting might vary greatly in
your new home, creating the need to up or lower your insured amount. You
may also have window locks in your new home which will likely lower the
premium you had in your previous home with no window locks
Motor Vehicle Insurance:
If your vehicles are now garaged, where they were previously not at the
old address, you may find an adjustment in premium. Be sure to mention
such changes when you notify your insurance company of your change of
address
Packing Materials:
Most of the self storage companies sell packing boxes, packing tape (and
tape dispenser machines), paper sheets etc to assist you with your move.
The items can make a major difference to how your treasured goods
travel, and how easily you can locate the most urgent packing boxes |
